It certainly seems that stress is on the rise. We may not want to think that stress is just part of our lives. It is not that stress is bad, but that we do not take proactive means to reduce it early on. We can’t avoid stress occurring in our lives. It is just part of the human condition. All we can do instead is to recognize it early on and take proactive means to counteract the stress.
