Others however are pretty terrible and despite a great sales pitch to get you to buy membership, their guitar lessons fall far short of being able to successfully teach you to play.

As a final word – the end result of all these considerations are with you, the learner. You’ll have to develop and be committed to a healthy practice schedule. Do it every day, it doesn’t have to be a lot but it must regular.
